IMMIGRATION: We oppose Illegal Immigration. We want to authorize local police to arrest illegal immigrants for trespassing and or illegal use of County, State property. We want to criminalize the use of State, County, Services by illegal immigrants and all illegal immigrants applying for services to be held in custody until Federal ICE agents or other appropriate authorities pick them up for deportation We want to establish a Volunteer Nevada Immigration Enforcement Agency to deal with illegal immigrants. This volunteer force will have full Police Powers to make arrest and receive proper training for handling their responsibilities. All illegal invaders are to be deported. We call for Restoration of the Nations of Origins Immigration Act of 1790 and 1795, which was the law of the land until 1965 which prohibited non Whites from ever becoming citizens and kept America majority White. All benefits to Illegal invaders to be cut off and all Mexican Nationals to be repatriated. The RICO act shall apply to all cases of corporations hiring illegal aliens. States will be given authority to seize the assets of corporations that hire illegals and their boards of directors shall be imprisoned along with the person that actually hired them. The State of Nevada will enact a law making it illegal for illegal aliens to receive social services or public education, and will prosecute those who use State-funded roads, parks or other facilities. The State of Nevada will pursue a federal suit against the US Government to recover all costs related to illegal immigration. America shall return to the day when we rely on inventions to accomplish the task at hand instead of allowing corporations to impede research and development with slave like labor, both to our detriment and the country from which they bring the slave like workers. .
